How is an OBM different from a VA?

A VA completes tasks you assign. I lead the operations, set priorities, build systems, and manage projects and people to outcomes.

Do you implement as well as advise?

Yes. I design and build the systems and document SOPs. I also train you and your team.

Do you work with men as well as women?

Yes. My mission centres on women in business, and I am happy to work with any values‑aligned founder.

Do you work remotely or onsite?

Mostly remote, with options for onsite days in Surrey and Hampshire by arrangement.
